Welcome to Tarheel Civil LLC! Our excavation contracting team is fully licensed, bonded, and insured as a turnkey site developer. We provide a range of services, including land clearing; erosion control; grading; demolition; storm water control and retention ponds; and utilities including storm, sewer, and water. From East Charlotte to the Carolina coast, we proudly serve commercial, residential, and retail developers in eastern and central North Carolina and the nearby areas.

Operational in 2024, Tarheel Civil LLC is one of North Carolina’s newest excavation contractors. Our locally owned and operated business has been built from the ground up. We pride ourselves on being a small business founded on loyalty and personal service. Our owner is closely involved in every project through collaboration, management, and oversight.
